The ideal Architect (RIAI Registered) will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage and lead teams effectively. Leadership and project management experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development of projects, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of design information.
- Manage the design team and provide direction for successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless project execution.
Required Skills:
- RIAI / RIBA Registered with 3 years+ industry experience (essential)
- Proficiency in BIM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear design presentation
- Strong technical knowledge in product specification and selection
- Excellent design skills
- Deep understanding of building technologies, regulations, and planning applications.
- Familiarity with technical standards, regulatory frameworks, and health & safety requirements.
