My client, Ireland’s leading Civil & Marine Engineering contractor are seeking an Administrator to join their team in HQ. This role will be office based in Cork and would be ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, multitasking and keeping operations running smoothly.
Role:
- 80% Vehicle Fleet Administration
- Manage the full register of company vehicles
- Track driver allocation, tax, NCT/DOE dates, insurance and compliance
- Schedule maintenance, servicing, and repairs
- Coordinate fuel cards, mileage logs, and general fleet documentation
- 20% General Office Administration
- Support day‑to‑day office operations
- Handle calls, emails, filing, printing and document control
- Assist with scheduling, purchasing, and project admin
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and admin skills
- Confidence managing multiple deadlines
- Good IT skills (Excel essential)
- Previous admin experience (fleet experience a bonus)
Package:
- €40k – €50k DOE
