Registered Architect
A growing architectural design office in South Dublin have a new opportunity for a Registered Architect or Senior Architect to join the team.
The ideal Architect, will hold RIAI or RIBA professional membership and have in excess of 5 years post qualification experience. Proven success managing projects through planning, design and construction stage in line with current industry regulations is essential.
The remit of this position will be to manage projects, timescales and liaise with clients, stakeholders and third parties, for a range of retail projects including fitouts, new builds, extension and refurbishments across Ireland.
Job Requirements:
- Hold RIAI / RIBA membership, with a minimum of 5 years’ post graduate experience
- Good understanding and knowledge of current Building Regulations
- Highly motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is advantageous
- Experience working on projects through planning and construction stage in Ireland is essential
- Previous project experience should include commercial, fit-out or retail developments
- Must have recent success managing projects on site in Ireland
- Team player
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary:
- €50k-€65k doe
