A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is expanding its Civil Engineering team in Dublin and is looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer to support the delivery of high-value projects.
This is an ideal move for a Civil Engineer who’s with an established consultancy but wants more ownership, more visibility on projects, and a clearer route to progression. You’ll step into a role where you’ll lead a small team from day one, with further growth planned over the coming months.
With a strong focus on projects across Dublin, Kildare,Wicklow and Wexford, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients while playing a key role in shaping project delivery.
Projects:
- Large-scale data centre developments (€100M+)
- Commercial developments (€50M+)
- State-of-the-art healthcare projects
- High-density residential schemes and LRDs (Large-Scale Residential Developments)
- Infrastructure and local authority projects across Dublin and the Southeast
- Multidisciplinary projects alongside planning, structural and environmental teams
Role:
- Leading civil design and delivery across multiple projects
- Managing and mentoring a small team of engineers (3+)
- Taking ownership of project outputs, timelines and quality
- Coordinating with internal disciplines and external stakeholders
- Supporting project planning, design reviews and technical problem-solving
- Engaging directly with clients and contributing to project meetings
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience in the design of civil engineering projects, including roads and drainage
- Strong experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Site 3D and/or similar civil engineering design software
- Experience working on Irish projects or familiarity with local standards is strongly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to take initiative
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
Must be based in Ireland with full working rights
Salary & Benefits:
- €55,000 – €65,000+ DOE + benefits
