CSA Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to work with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor based in Dublin. In this role you will lead the delivery of major construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out. You will represent the project team on site, taking full responsibility for day-to-day CSA operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site CSA activities from mobilisation through to commissioning and demobilisation
- Support the Project Manager in developing construction programmes, short-term lookaheads, and site logistics plans
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour allocation, materials, plant, and daily site activities to ensure programme targets are achieved
- Lead site safety initiatives including inductions, toolbox talks, audits, permit systems, and compliance with HSEQ standards
- Monitor productivity, maintain site diaries, chair subcontractor meetings, and drive issue resolution across trades
- Review construction drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and quality procedures
- Ensure inspection and testing processes are completed to the highest standards, driving a zero-snag culture
Requirements
- Salary €75,000 – €90,000 DOE.
