Mechanical Site Manager
We are recruiting for a Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical works on large-scale Data Centre Project in Frankfurt, Germany. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all mechanical works on site
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and daily site activities
- As Mechanical Site Manager you will ensure works are delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety standards
- Support commissioning, inspections, and project handover
- Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor materials, plant, and equipment on site
Requirements
- This Mechanical Site Manager will need 5+ years’ experience in mechanical site management or installation
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical services
- Experience on commercial, industrial, or data centre projects
- An EU Passport is essential for this role
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant mechanical qualification and safety certifications

- Salary €75k – €85k DOE
- Rotation: Two week cycle with company paid flights
