Quantity Surveyor (Residential)
A well-established and growing Main Contractor is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a large, multi-phase residential development in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
Role & Duties:
- Support the commercial management of a large residential project from early stages through to completion.
- Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and cost control.
- Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports.
- Carry out measurements using CostX or similar software.
- Work closely with site and project teams to ensure financial performance is maintained.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience working on residential or mixed-use projects.
- Strong measurement and reporting skills (CostX or similar preferred).
- Comfortable working in a site-based, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
Salary & Package:
- Salary: €60k-€70k (depending on experience)
