  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting overall team growth
  • Driving quality, innovation and best practice across environmental assessments

Requirements:

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Significant consultancy experience, particularly in EIAR coordination and delivery
  • Strong understanding of Irish planning and environmental legislation
  • Proven experience managing large-scale environmental or infrastructure projects
  • Chartered status (or working towards it) is desirable
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead both projects and teams
  • Experience contributing to bids and wider business development is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

  • Clear progression into Senior leadership
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment

If you’re at a stage where you want to step into a more strategic, leadership-focused role – while still shaping real project outcomes – this is a great opportunity to explore.
