One of Ireland’s award winning architectural design studios is seeking to recruit a qualified Senior Architectural Technologist with in excess of 7 years’ experience to join the growing team.
The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will possess strong technical skills along with proven success delivering projects in Ireland in line with industry regulations. They will initially be involved in medium-largescale residential, mixed-use and commercial developments taking them through to construction stage and handover.
Based in South Dublin, they are offering a career progression opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to progress to Associate level in the near future.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Qualification in Architectural Technology
- 7 years+ industry experience within a design or multidisciplinary office, some of which must have been gained locally
- Previous residential project experience is highly advantageous
- Recent site experience including inspections, reporting and submittal reviews
- Full proficiency in Revit
- A good understanding and experience working to current industry regulations and BCAR standards
- Strong technical skills
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits:
- €60k-€70k DOE,
