A busy architectural design studio in Offaly is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join the team.
They are a well established design studio within the Irish market, known for designing and delivering high quality medium and largescale residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments across the country.
The successful Architectural professional will join a collaborative team of Architects and Architectural Technologists, and working across a range of projects through all stages of development.
This opportunity is ideal for a self‑motivated, collaborative, Architect or Architectural Technologist to grow within a supportive environment. They have an excellent reputation for training, development and career progression.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- A recognised qualification in Architectural Technology or Architecture
- 3+ years’ post‑graduate experience
- Previous residential, mixed-use or retail project experience is highly desired
- Strong knowledge of current Irish Building and Planning Regulations
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
- Own car and driving licence
- Full permission to work in Ireland (essential)
Salary & Benefits include:
- €40k–€60k DOE
- Annual bonus, pension scheme, parking and additional benefits as part of a comprehensive package.
