Setting Out Engineers are required to join a leading Civil Engineering Contractor for multiple site-based roles across the Cork region. These positions offer the opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential and civil infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring accurate setting out, and maintaining quality control throughout the construction process. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience on large-scale developments while working alongside experienced engineering and site management teams in a dynamic environment.
Role:
- Setting out
- Site surveying
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Assisting the procurement department
- Assisting the commercial department.
- Completing SHEQ forms
Requirements:
- Must hold a degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- 1 – 3 years recent experience on Civil Engineering projects in Ireland or the UK (mandatory)
- Must have knowledge setting out equipment including GPS, site engineer level, total station
- Excellent MS Office skills
