My client, a reputable housing developer is seeking a Senior Engineer to work on a high-profile projects in Cork City.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and contractors.
- Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
- Liaise with subcontractors and site management
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specs
- Site records and reporting
Requirements
- 1+ years xperience as a Senior Engineer on housing projects is essential
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Salary
- €75k–€85k DOE +
- Bonus (up to 10%)
- 25 days annual leave
