An experienced Contracts Manager is required to join a growing mid-size main contractor delivering residential housing projects across Louth and Meath. You will take overall responsibility for programme delivery, commercial performance, and operational management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion
Oversee commercial performance, budgets, and cost control
- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and building regulations
- Support site teams with planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and contract documentation
- Drive efficiency, quality, and profitability across all projects
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager on residential housing projects
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of construction contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Full driving licence
Package
- €110,000 – €120,000 depending on experience
