Quality Lead
We are recruiting for a Quality Lead on a Pharmaceutical project in Denmark. The Quality Lead is responsible for ensuring all project activities comply with applicable GMP regulations, EU and local legislation, industry standards, and client specifications. The role provides leadership across site quality activities, supporting construction, turnover, and CQV readiness through robust quality systems, oversight, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, EU regulations, PED, project standards, and client specifications
- Implement and enforce the Project Quality Plan, ITPs, CQPs, and site SOPs (including subcontractors)
- Act as the primary quality interface with the Client QC representative
- Lead and coordinate all QA/QC activities across construction and turnover phases
- Oversee weld quality, NDT, pressure testing, and PED compliance per system
- Ensure weld histories, test results, and material traceability are complete and audit-ready
- Verify subcontractor quality performance and compliance with client requirements
- Ensure quality documentation is prepared, reviewed, approved, and uploaded to the agreed digital platform
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GMP pharmaceutical project delivery
- Proven experience leading site QA/QC on mechanical or piping scopes
- Excellent understanding of piping isometrics, P&IDs, and system documentation
- Experience interfacing with CQV, turnover, and client quality teams
- Strong audit, documentation, and regulatory compliance capability
