CSA Project Manager required to work for one of Europe’s leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a large Data Centre project in Portugal. You will be reporting directly into the Project Director.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee CSA work packages including structural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing.
- Oversee, track, and develop strategies for managing project costs, budgets, workforce resources, commissioning processes, and overall project performance.
- Lead the setup of CSA activities, ensuring that optimal meeting, reporting documentation, and scheduling practices are established from the beginning.
- Maintain regular communication with key project stakeholders, including the client and design teams, to support project success.
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by focusing on project cost, scope, and timeline objectives.
- Actively monitor the project’s health and safety standards, as well as the team’s culture and behaviour.
- Track and guarantee that project quality targets are consistently met and surpassed.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant Engineering or Construction discipline.
- 8 years+ experience in a similar role.
- Experience leading large CSA construction teams.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent leadership skills – Ability to delegate, prioritise workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
