Commercial Manager required to join the Civils division of a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on several large civils projects in the Dublin area. The successful commercial manager will play a key role in the company’s future development, report to the Commercial Director.  We are looking for a candidate with strong civils project experience or rail experience and  our client will consider a very experienced Senior QS with a good track record looking to progress to this level.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial awareness, ideally 2+ years’ experience as a Commercial Manager
• Client facing
• Leadership skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Experience working for a main contractor in large civils or rail projects.
• Degree qualification in Construction Management, Surveying or Commercial Management

• €125k – €135k
