Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum)
- 5+ years of Building Services Consultancy Design experience in Ireland (candidates without local knowledge will not be considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with thermal modelling, energy assessment, and BIM (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations (TGD parts B, F, G, L)
- Chartership is desirable
Key Skills
- Expertise in HVAC, water services, heating systems, fuel, drainage, and BMS
- Ability to lead and manage mechanical design on projects of all sizes
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Ability to make disciplined project decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
