A leading civil engineering contractor is currently seeking a Construction Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will involve working on water infrastructure projects, including Growth & Development, Metering, Connections, and Developer Services, for Uisce Éireann across Dublin, Meath, and Louth, with a strong on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple water infrastructure projects.
- Oversee project delivery for Growth & Development, Metering, Connections, and Developer Services works.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and operatives effectively.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and programmes, providing regular updates to the Project Director / Client.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain quality control, ensuring works meet design specifications, standards, and Uisce Éireann requirements.
- Prepare and maintain site records, including daily logs, materials usage, and workforce reports.
- Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Construction Manager on water or utilities infrastructure projects, preferably including Uisce Éireann or similar water services projects.
- Strong knowledge of water infrastructure construction methods, regulations, and standards.
- Proven ability to manage large site teams and subcontractors across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Health & Safety awareness and a strong safety-first mindset.
- Relevant construction management or civil engineering qualifications desirable.
Benefits:
