My client, a reputable mid-size main contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team supporting residential projects in the Meath region.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project cost plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct valuations, monitor project expenditure, and report on financial performance
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve commercial matters
- Assist in tender preparation and post-contract cost control
- Support the Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor on residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Salary & Benefits
