Electrical Construction Manager
We are currently recruiting both an Electrical Construction Manager to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Sweden.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in supervising site personnel, leading by example to uphold safety standards and high-quality work.
- Take on-site leadership by implementing the safety plan, ensuring staff have the training and skills to work safely and professionally.
- Plan and manage labour and material resources, oversee subcontractor performance, track progress, and address issues promptly while maintaining good working relationships.
- Monitor and manage team performance, report and act on incidents, and ensure materials meet specifications before installation.
- Implement the project quality plan, close out snag lists promptly, and assist in project handover and close-out.
- Ensure all works meet the project scope, with any changes approved by the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical engineering, construction, or trade qualified.
- 5+ years of site management with an M&E contractor.
- Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred.
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills.
