Site Manager (Housing) – North Dublin
Site Manager required for a leading housing developer to work on a housing project in Malahide with at least a 2+ year duration and is just starting. We are ideally looking for a Site Manager with experience managing housing projects in either Ireland or the UK.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure works are carried out in compliance with planning, health & safety, environmental standards, and to a high quality.
- Take full responsibility for project delivery from tender stage construction to handover.
- Support management of project budget in collaboration with the wider team and Quantity Surveyor etc.
- Prepare project plans, programmes, and risk management strategies.
- Manage the flow of information to site teams, stakeholders, and project partners.
- Lead and coordinate the site team (both direct and subcontracted), ensuring the project progresses according to programme.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience at Site Management level working a main contractor or developer
- High volume housing experience preferable (40 units +)
- Proven track record of managing high-volume high-quality housing projects (Ireland or UK)
- Good at leading a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
Salary:
- Salary circa €90,000 – €110,000
- Travel Allowance / Company Van
