A leading architectural design consultancy with offices in Dublin and Cork, are seeking to recruit a registered Architect or Senior Architect (RIAI / RIBA) to join their team.
Can be based in Dublin OR Cork
In this role, you will collaborate with the Director to deliver a wide range of projects across various sectors including residential, commercial, educational, civic, retail, aviation, and urban design.
The successful Architect will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, with a proven track record in delivering projects in compliance with current industry regulations. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and experience managing projects through to the construction stage is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director and project teams to deliver high-quality designs across various project types.
- Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Utilise your technical and design skills to contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered Architect holding RIAI or RIBA membership (essential)
- 5 years+ experience across a variety of project types
- Comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations and codes
- Strong design and technical skills, with full proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Demonstrated success in managing projects and mentoring junior team members
- A proactive, motivated, and self-starting attitude
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
