Our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Manager with strong building project experience to join their Dublin team. This is a key role in overseeing large-scale building projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and project management teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Monitor progress, resources, and site activities, resolving issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on building projects, ideally with Tier 1 contractors.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and project management practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Relevant construction management or civil/structural engineering qualifications.
