A leading construction and civil engineering contractor is seeking an accomplished Project Director for a major project in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to lead the overall delivery, strategy, and management of a high-value project, ensuring excellence in quality, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall project delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to project managers, site teams, and stakeholders.
- Oversee planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover phases.
- Manage risk, contractual obligations, and client relationships at a senior level.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across the project.
- Report regularly to senior management and clients on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Project Director or senior project leader in construction.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
