Electrical Quantity Surveyor
We’re looking for a proactive Electrical Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial side of electrical projects from tender to final account, ensuring maximum value. This role will be based in Limerick and will require site visits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets, BOQs, profit plans and commercial reporting.
- Handle subcontractor accounts, valuations and payments.
- Lead commercial meetings with clients and project teams.
- Identify risks, cost site changes and track progress with Planning Engineers.
- Ensure contracts, claims and applications are accurate and timely.
- Maintain records, negotiate with clients and uphold ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Requirements:
- Local experience is essential for this role.
- Degree in Construction Economics / Quantity Surveying.
- Experience on Electrical projects.
- Strong contract knowledge, communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-focused, self-motivated and eligible to work in Ireland with a clean driving licence.
