A leading Irish main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale accommodation project in West Dublin. This is a key role within a highly respected company delivering major developments nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site management of a large accommodation project
- Ensuring program targets, health & safety, and quality standards are achieved
- Coordination of subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers
- Regular reporting to Project and Contracts Managers
- Managing site logistics, materials, and equipment
- Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role (main contractor preferred)
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale residential or accommodation projects
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, and building regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full driver’s licence
Package:
- Salary: €85K – €95K (DOE)
