BIM / Revit Technician (MEP)
Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced BIM / Revit Technician (MEP) to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Dublin City Centre. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects across the hospitality, residential, education, and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality 3D MEP models and 2D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Carry out clash detection, prepare reports, and propose practical solutions
  • Work closely with M&E engineers, architects, fire engineers, and wider design teams
  • Coordinate and review both internal and external BIM models for project integration
  • Provide BIM input and expertise at design meetings and workshops

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience working with Revit MEP or equivalent BIM software
  • Relevant qualification at NFQ Level 6 or higher
  • Autodesk Revit certification is an advantage
  • Strong skills in Revit MEP and Navisworks; AutoCAD knowledge desirable
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
