BIM / Revit Technician (MEP)
Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced BIM / Revit Technician (MEP) to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Dublin City Centre. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects across the hospitality, residential, education, and healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality 3D MEP models and 2D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Carry out clash detection, prepare reports, and propose practical solutions
- Work closely with M&E engineers, architects, fire engineers, and wider design teams
- Coordinate and review both internal and external BIM models for project integration
- Provide BIM input and expertise at design meetings and workshops
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience working with Revit MEP or equivalent BIM software
- Relevant qualification at NFQ Level 6 or higher
- Autodesk Revit certification is an advantage
- Strong skills in Revit MEP and Navisworks; AutoCAD knowledge desirable
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
