Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects.
- Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Benefits
