EHS Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Department within an engineering company. This role will be based Dublin. This is a great opportunity to contribute to vital compliance processes, support a busy EHS team and gain hands-on experience in a key administrative role.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Health & Safety (H&S) records
- Process and securely file accident/incident reports
- Track H&S training attendance and completion status
- Respond to H&S related emails and internal queries
- Keep noticeboards up to date with safety communications and alerts
- Support site inductions, ensuring all required documentation is completed
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding corrective actions from inspections or audits
- Assist with preparing reports and materials for H&S meetings
- Schedule training sessions, toolbox talks and other safety events
- Compile statistics on incidents, near misses, and safety observations
- Liaise with departments to chase overdue documents
- Maintain up-to-date contractor H&S documentation and approval records
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role (preferably in H&S or compliance)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

- Salary €30k – €35k DOE
