Known for excellence in construction and a strong commitment to staff wellbeing, they are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major commercial development in Dublin City Centre. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a large-scale commercial construction project from inception to completion.
- Manage all aspects of project life cycle including planning, scheduling, cost control, quality management, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, site teams, and client representatives.
- Ensure health & safety, environmental and quality standards are upheld on site.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a project management role with a main contractor.
- Proven track record delivering high-value commercial builds.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
- Thorough understanding of current building regulations and safety standards in Ireland.
