Document Controller with 3+ Years of Experience Needed for Main Building Contractor in Dublin City Centre.
Role:
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.
- Ensure compliance with BCAR.
- Coordinate the flow of documents between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation to regulatory bodies.
- Regularly review and update document control procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks related to document control.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Document Controller or BCAR Coordinator with a Main Contractor.
- Proven experience with BCAR documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in document management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
