A growing architectural design studio in Belfast city centre are seeking to recruit a Graduate Architects with 2 years industry experience to join the team.
This opportunity would ideally suit a self-motivated Graduate Architect with good design and technical understanding and cross-sector project experience. They will join the small team and work across a range of projects in both the North and South.
Their current project portfolio includes Hospitality & Leisure, Largescale housing (private/social/affordable), Commercial / Office, Educational, Student Accommodation and Healthcare. Full support and mentoring will be provided.
*Only Graduate Architects holding full eligibility to work in the UK can be considered*
Desired experience and skills:
- Qualified Graduate Architect with 2 years’ experience
- Cross sector project experience desired
- Good design and technical skills
- Fully proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit desired
- Excellent technical and construction knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Thorough understanding of current building regulations in Ireland or the UK
- MUST hold eligibility to work in Northern Ireland / UK
