What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects from design through to completion
- Provide technical leadership, ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations & BCAR
- Produce precise technical drawings and detailing using Revit
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and regulatory standards
- Work closely with architects, clients, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Desired Skills / Experience:
- Degree in Architectural Technology (essential)
- 8+ years’ experience in a design office, ideally with a mix of project experience
- Strong technical knowledge and deep familiarity with Irish Building Regulations & BCAR
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Confident communicator and effective team collaborator
- Self-starter, highly organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland (Essential)
