A well-established Tier 1 construction firm, with a long-standing presence in the Irish building sector, is looking to recruit a Site Foreman for a major housing development in Cork City.

Role Overview:
- Manage daily site activities on a large residential construction project.
- Report to the Site Manager and help drive project delivery to meet key milestones.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.
- Organise materials, tools, and logistics to support efficient site operations.
- Enforce health and safety procedures and monitor compliance across all trades on site.
What You’ll Need:
- Trade certification or construction-related qualification.
- 4+ years’ experience in a Foreman or similar supervisory role, ideally on residential schemes.
- Strong practical knowledge of building techniques, setting out, and construction processes.
- Ability to lead and motivate site crews while ensuring work is delivered on time and to spec.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
Package Includes:
- Salary: €70,000 – €80,000, depending on experience
- Company van and fuel card
