A leading Tier 1 contractor with operations across Ireland, the UK, and Northern Europe is seeking a Senior MEP Lead to manage the full MEP delivery for projects in the Data Centre sector. This is a senior role with strategic impact, ideal for someone ready to lead, innovate, and drive project excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of mechanical, electrical, and commissioning engineers
- Build strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Oversee MEP design, procurement, installation, and commissioning across multiple projects
- Conduct detailed design reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensure MEP works meet all quality, compliance, budget, and schedule requirements
- Oversee and coordinate all commissioning activities to meet client expectations
- Lead client demonstrations and maintain strong stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior MEP role with a main contractor, management contractor, or engineering consultancy
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, digital tools, and industry regulations
Package:
- €90,000 – €100,000
