The Architectural Technologists must hold an Architectural Technology qualification and have 5 years industry experience, some of which must have been gained in Ireland. Full proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD along with good understanding of current building and planning regulations is essential.
They are seeking to recruit experienced Architectural Technologists at intermediate and Senior level ready to take the next step in their career in a collaborative and well-supported environment.
Duties include:
- Develop detailed planning, tender, and construction documentation
- Work through all project stages, including on-site coordination
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building and Planning Regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Use Revit and AutoCAD daily to produce high-quality technical drawings
- Bring technical rigour and innovation to design execution
Desired skills & experience
- Qualification in Architectural Technology (essential)
- 5+ years’ architectural technology experience
- Strong Revit & AutoCAD proficiency
- In-depth knowledge of Irish Building and Planning Regulations
- Experience producing full construction drawing packages
- Clear communicator, highly organised, team-focused
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced design environment
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits
