Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on various large residential projects in the Dublin Area.. Our client is looking for a QS with about 6+ years’ experience at least some at senior level and some experience in large apartments projects. Our client has a strong pipeline of prestigious projects in the country and has an excellent well resourced commercial department.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 6 years’ professional experience.
• Proven expertise in subcontractor and client management, including valuations, variations, final accounts, and cost reporting.
• Strong ability to interpret specifications, bills of quantities, and drawings, with a track record of extracting quantities and managing supplier/subcontractor quotations within deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quantity Surveying software, with experience in commercial and industrial projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce and explain accurate reports.
• Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to achieving success.

Salary:

• Excellent salary circa €90k – €100K
