A leading housing developer in South Dublin is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to support their large-scale residential projects. You will ensure site operations comply with health & safety regulations and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health & safety regulations on site.
- Provide technical support on health and safety issues and resolve site safety concerns.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to promote safe working practices.
- Assist in risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits.
- Support the design team and project management to integrate health & safety considerations into all stages of construction.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Health & Safety, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in a health and safety advisory role, ideally within construction or housing development.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and health & safety standards.
- Experience working on large-scale residential projects is advantageous.
