An experienced Project Manager is required to successfully lead the delivery of a major high-density residential or commercial development in Dublin. This is a key leadership role, with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Construction Director
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the project in line with programme, cost, safety, and quality targets.
- Serve as the main liaison with the client, ensuring regular communication and updates.
- Direct and support site teams in meeting construction, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain high standards on site.
- Lead daily site operations, promoting efficiency and collaboration.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement timely solutions.
- Produce progress reports and analyse performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager on similar residential or commercial builds.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects successfully.
- Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Powerproject).
Salary:
- €100,000 – €110,000 (depending on experience)
- Vehicle allowance or company vehicle
- Fuel card
- Performance-related bonus
