A busy multidisciplinary office have an immediate requirement for qualified and experienced Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist with in excess of 4 years’ experience to join the team.
The ideal Architectural Technologist will have a previous experience working in line with current industry regulations, high level of proficiency in Revit, strong technical skills with excellent communication skills who can work as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
They will join a multidisciplinary team of Architects, Architectural Technologists, Engineers and Construction professionals.

Desired experience:
- Educational qualification in Architectural Technology
- Previous largescale project experience preferably across industrial, data centres, pharma or commercial
- Excellent knowledge of all current industry standards and regulations
- Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal skills
- Manage BCAR documentation, RFIs, and submittals
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience working on project during construction stage is highly beneficial
- Full proficiency in Revit
- Competently produce planning applications, tender and construction packs
- MUST hold eligibility to work in Ireland
