 BIM Manager required to join one of Europe’s leading general contractors on a Data Centre project in The Netherlands. The BIM Manager will lead and support the Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy across Business Unit projects, ensuring its success from pre-contract to handover.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing 3D BIM models during tender stage for coordination, engineering validation, clash detection, logistics, and cost control.
• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of project documentation (BEP, MIDP, MPDT) and ensuring clarity on responsibilities for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Co-leading the DPD kick-off meeting with the Information Manager and project management team to finalize the DPD strategy.
• Providing support and mentoring to BIM Engineers as needed.

 Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2 standards
• Strong background in BIM documentation
• Skilled in MS Office, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro Pro, Lumion, and CDE tools (e.g., Viewpoint, Dalux)
• Degree in construction, computing, or related field
• Excellent communication skills
