An award-winning architectural practice in Dublin city is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with 8+ years of industry experience to join the team. Duties included:
- Lead and manage medium/large-scale projects through to completion
- Provide technical expertise, ensuring that all projects comply with Irish Building Regulations and BCAR standards
- Produce high-quality detailing and technical drawings using Revit
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the architectural and technical team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural Technology (essential)
- Preferably 8 years of experience in a design office, ideally working on a variety of project types such as residential, leisure, and industrial
- Strong technical knowledge with a thorough understanding and experience working in adherence to Irish Building Regulations / BCAR
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland is a prerequisite
Salary & Benefits:
