Key Responsibilities:

Lead site engineering activities, including setting out, surveying, and supervising works.

Coordinate with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and the wider project team to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.

Maintain compliance with health and safety, quality control, and environmental standards.

Support planning and scheduling while monitoring site progress and resolving technical issues.

Review drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy in implementation.

Mentor and guide junior engineers on site.
Candidate Profile:

Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site engineering role, ideally with residential or mixed-use developments.

Strong knowledge of setting out, surveying, and construction best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage site operations independently and proactively resolve challenges.
