An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a leading civil engineering contractor based in Kildare. This role offers the chance to work on a range of high-profile infrastructure and groundworks projects, within a well-established and respected organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the commercial management of civil engineering projects from inception to completion

Prepare and review tender documentation and cost estimates

Monitor and manage project budgets, valuations, and cost variations

Procure subcontractors and manage associated packages

Ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry regulations
Candidate Requirements:
-
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
-
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably within civil engineering
-
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
-
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Package and Benefits:

Competitive salary: €65,000 – €75,000, depending on experience
