Senior Project Manager required for one of Ireland’s largest main contractors to work across various Warehouse/Logistics project in Dublin. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the Project Director.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans.
• Establish risk management procedures and monitor project scope.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor bids.
• Lead project planning and strategy development.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project standards.

Requirements 

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 5 years’+ experience as a Project Manager on large scale projects
• Understanding of MEP systems.
• Experience working with a Tier 1 Contractor is essential.
• IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
