Quantity Surveyor required to join one of Ireland’s largest main contractors on a Data Centre project in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will report to the Commercial Manager and will work closely with the Project Director.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement and preparation of subcontract packages and key project elements.
- Produce quantified work packages, budgets, and tender documentation from technical info.
- Evaluate and present tender returns; prepare and agree subcontract agreements.
- Manage subcontractor accounts: payments, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, and ensure contract compliance throughout.
- Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams; support junior staff.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity surveying or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
