A well-established mid-sized main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for a large-scale housing developments in West Dublin. This is a great opportunity to lead an exciting project and work work with a high performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Follow Health and Safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety across the site.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervise all on-site activities, including coordinating with trades and suppliers to maintain efficient progress.
- Work with the Senior Engineer to ensure all technical aspects of the build align with specifications.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, material records, and safety logs.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and promptly address any issues to avoid delays.
- Primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any issues.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience as a Site Manager, ideally on large-scale residential or housing projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety practices.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
Salary and Benefits:
- €75k – €85k DOE
