A medium sized award-winning architectural design studio in Dublin city is seeking to recruit a BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead from an Architectural background to join the team. Located in city centre and easily accessible from all modes of transport, they offer a design led, studio-based, collaborative environment using the latest technologies on all projects.
The successful BIM Lead / BIM Coordinator will join a highly commended practice who work across a diverse range of projects including student accommodation, residential, healthcare, educational, conservation and interior fitouts. They offer a platform for an ambitious BIM Lead / BIM Coordinator to drive innovation in architecture + BIM across their work.
Minimum requirements:
- Architect OR Architectural Technology qualification (essential)
- Ideally 5 years’ experience in a BIM Coordinator / Lead role within an architectural or multidisciplinary consultancy
- Fully proficient in Revit and Autodesk tools
- In-depth knowledge of Irish building and planning regulations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Must be fully eligible to work in Ireland (no sponsorship)
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced team environment
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Lead BIM coordination across architectural projects
Develop and manage BIM plans - Ensure project compliance with Irish building & planning regulations
- Support and mentor internal design teams on BIM processes
- Carry out model audits and quality control checks
Champion digital innovation and best practices across the studio
