With a strong reputation and a robust pipeline of mid-sized projects in the Dublin area, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, Dublin-based Setting-out Engineer seeking career progression and comprehensive project exposure within a prominent contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise setting-out using robotic Total Station, EDM instruments, and GPS
- Supervise subcontractors and various trades on-site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Verify accuracy of plans, drawings, and calculations
- Confirm work and materials meet contract specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and professional staff
Requirements:
- 1+ years of setting-out experience on building projects in Ireland or the UK
- Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering (or equivalent third-level qualification)
- Proficient in robotic Total Station, EDM instruments, and GPS for accurate setting-out
Benefits:
