Key Responsibilities:

Manage the commercial aspects of ongoing construction projects from inception to completion.

Prepare tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities.

Monitor project budgets and cost control.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company procedures.
Requirements:
-
3+ years’ experience in a QS role.
-
Relevant third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.

Strong commercial acumen.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
